Stephen Pugh has been a leading commercial real estate professional in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1990, completing more than $2.2 billion in multifamily and investment property transactions throughout his career.

Stephen is also a recipient of the Engel & Völkers Chairman’s Circle designation, the highest individual advisor production recognition within Engel & Völkers Americas.

His experience includes founding and leading multiple commercial real estate organizations and serving in senior leadership roles with Alain Pinel Investment Group, Paragon Commercial Brokerage, Pacific Union, Compass Commercial, and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Drysdale Properties.

Stephen currently serves as Director of Commercial Real Estate, California for Engel & Völkers Commercial, a founding partner of Pacific West Group, providing investment sales, leasing, and strategic advisory services to property owners, investors, and institutions throughout Northern California.

Since 1990, he has also served as President of the Income Property Networking Group (IPNG), one of the Bay Area’s longest-standing networking organizations for commercial and investment real estate professionals.

Based in Sausalito, California, Stephen is a member of the St. Francis Yacht Club and San Francisco Yacht Club and is an owner and partner of Blue Water Yacht Harbor in Sausalito.
