The new owner, Ballast Investments — a well-capitalized local institutional investor and one of San Francisco’s largest multifamily operators — is well-positioned to build upon the previous owner’s exceptional stewardship, continuing to elevate Grosvenor Court’s long-term value and appeal.

The team successfully navigated numerous challenges over a six-month escrow, representing both the Seller and Buyer in this complex transaction.
